Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping rates: Free standard shipping on all orders or optional express shipping for $25

International Shipping: The shipping times may vary a little depending on where you are in the world. But the estimations are usually quite accurate and you will be updated frequently as to where your package is.

Refunds/returns Policy

We do not currently accept returns, however in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at theshadeshackk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We are open to offering full 100% refunds minus the shipping costs.

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.
